Your MyPetAlert kit contains everything you need to set up your emergency pet plan: your unique 12-digit MyPetAlert identifier and activation code, plus a wallet card and pet tag printed with our hotline number.
When it arrives, sign in, enter your activation code, and choose the caregiver who would step in if you couldn’t get home. If your identifier is ever used in an emergency, we alert the caregiver you chose so your pets are cared for.
