A plan is only useful when the information is accurate.
Review caregiver phone numbers, pet names, medications, access instructions, and renewal status whenever something changes.
One plan. Three simple steps.
- Set your plan. Add your pets and choose the caregiver who would step in if you couldn’t get home.
- Carry your ID. A wallet card, tag, or sticker with your unique number and our hotline.
- We make the call. If you can’t get home, whoever finds your ID calls our hotline, enters your number, and the caregiver you chose is alerted to care for your pets.
No app is required for your caregiver. You choose who steps in, in priority order, and you can update your plan anytime.
Why it matters
